Who I am..

 

I am a chef, who has been working in the profession for 20 years and still loves it passionatelly.

 

After graduating from Warsaw Culinary College, I had worked in the best Polish restaurants including Malinowa of Bristol Hotel and La Rotisserie of Le Ragina Hotel.

 

I was the first Sous Chef in the famous Atelier Amaro, the first and only Polish restaurant awarded with Michelin Star.

 

At the moment, I hold the Sous Chef position in the legendary Shelbourne Hotel in Dublin.

 

I completed internships in Patrick Guilbaud Restaurant (**) and Le Ecrivan Restaurant (*) in Dublin.
